classroom continuing education

Our classroom courses are carefully developed to fill the needs of practicing real estate licensees in Georgia and cover a range of topics. Each course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for 3 or 6 hours of CE credits.

These courses can be booked by any brokerage office, organization or REALTOR® association for CE credit at a reasonable cost. We believe the cost of education shouldn’t be prohibitive. Talk to us about booking on of our courses today!

We have partnered with the Golden Isles Assoc. of REALTORS® and our local Allstate office to create a 3hour CE Flood Insurance Class to inform and educate our members on the changes to the FEMA Flood map and its impact on the real estate market in the coastal area.

We are currently working with NAR’s Real Property Resource Division to offer their training courses as a 3hour CE course! In other words, we are constantly working to meet the needs of real estate licensees and REALTORS® by adding to our roster of in-class continuing education courses so check back and see what we’ve been up to!

Code of Ethics: Good for You

Required of all REALTORS® every two years. This course covers the issue of ethics in real estate and professionalism, the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, the administration of the ethics and arbitration process. Code of Ethics is routinely offered twice a year in conjunction with the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® New Member Orientation - and more often as we near the end of the each biennial period to help members meet the NAR requirement. We can bring the Code to your office or Association to ensure your agents are all in good standing with NAR!

Business of Trust

Success in real estate comes not from handing business cards to everyone you meet and plastering your face on every bill board in your market. It comes from a steady, consistent development of trust between you and your consumers. This course discusses the value of trust in a real estate business and how to build relationships based on a reputation of intelligence, knowledge, competence and responsibility.

GA License Law, Rules & Life As We Know It

Georgia License Law now requires all licensees complete a designated 3hr License Law course as part of their 36 hours of continuing education during their licensing period. Our course not only reviews Georgia Law and Rules but looks at it from the perspective of the agent in the field and how it affects their daily business. License law doesn't have to be dull... Book your class now!

Competitive Edge Listing

In an industry where the expression 'list or die' was created, the notion is that getting the listing is everything. While that sounds a bit drastic, listings are the foundations of most real estate businesses and getting the listing can be highly competitive. In this 6 Hour, two-part, CE course, we help you prepare for your listing and wow the prospect with good, solid, in-depth information and analysis coupled with a professional presentation to help you get that listing... and live another day.
